We loved the spacious room that was both comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was fantastic and even upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the hotel had free parking available, making our stay even more convenient. Lastly, the location was great and not too far from the main tourist attractions, making it easy to get around the city.
Nothing that we didn't like.

the room was very spacious, perfect for my luggage and work equipment. Free parking was also available, which saved me some money on transportation during my stay. the location was stunning, with beautiful views and a tranquil environment.
Unavailability of Pool and Minor Cleanliness Issues there were some things that I disliked about the hotel. the pool was only available who booked the most expensive suite.

The hotel room was spacious and clean with free parking available. the staff was friendly and even offered a free room upgrade. Guests can easily reach the main tourist areas by taking a taxi, as it's not too far away. the bathroom was quite large with a giant jetted tub that could make for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing.
The entrance to the hotel can be hard to find as it is hidden and not tourist-friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of space to stretch out and relax during the holiday season. the location was great for exploring nearby attractions, with easy access to popular destinations such as the hanok village and market. We also appreciated the free parking, making it convenient to bring our own car.
We were disappointed to find out that the pool advertised on the website was only available with the Royal suite, which was not in our budget. the staff seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, behind a grill and difficult to see or interact with.
